Built from a lightweight 2-piece alder body finished in thin nitrocellulose lacquer, it delivers both resonance and vintage-correct aesthetics. The rift-sawn maple neck features a comfortable ’57 Soft “V” profile, a 9.5″ radius fingerboard, and 21 narrow tall frets for a blend of classic feel and modern playability.
Electronics include a hand-wound Texas Special bridge pickup paired with a hand-wound Fat ’50s middle and a hand-wound ’57 Strat neck pickup, controlled by a 5-way switch and Fat ’50s wiring for dynamic Strat tone. Hardware appointments such as a Custom Shop vintage-style tremolo, vintage tuners, and parchment ’54–’58 pickguard complete the package.
This limited edition instrument comes with a Fender Custom Shop tweed hardshell case, strap, and certificate of authenticity.
