taylor-builders-edition-652ce-natural
Taylor Builder's Edition 12-String 652ce, Acoustic/Electric Guitar, Natural
Builder's Edition 652ce
The first 12-string entry in Taylor's Builder's Edition family of guitars, the Builder's Edition 652ce sports Big Leaf maple back and sides that deliver a focused, player-reflective sound that showcases your individual technique. Torrefied Sitka spruce for the top brings an aged-in warmth and sweetness with V-Class bracing to dial up the volume and sustain. The reverse-strung setup (with the heavier string of each pair on top) generates more tonal heft in this Grand Concert's rich octave shimmer, and other Builder's Edition features include a beveled armrest and cutaway, chamfered body edges, a Silent Satin finish and a smooth Curve Wing bridge. The Builder's Edition 652ce ships with ES2 electronics and a deluxe hardshell case.

Overview
Builder's Edition features offer unmatched comfort
Solid maple voiced for warmth and vibrant response
Torrefied spruce top adds aged-in sweetness
V-Class bracing adds even more power and sustain
Includes ES2 pickup and deluxe hardshell case

Product Specs
Highlights
Scale Length: 24-7/8"
Bracing: V-Class Bracing
Pickguard: None
Tuners: Gotoh
Strings: Phosphor Bronze Light
Body Width: 15"
Nut & Saddle: Tusq Nut, Micarta Saddle
Truss Rod Cover: West African Crelicam Ebony
Number of Frets: 18
Case: Taylor Deluxe Hardshell Brown
Body Length: 19 1/2"
Body Depth: 4 3/8"

Body
Binding Edge Treatment: None
Back Configuration: 2-piece No Wedge
Rosette Size: Single Ring
Back/Side Finish: Silent Satin
Backstrap Wood: None
Stain/Sunburst: Wild Honey Burst Back/Sides/Neck, Natural Top
Armrest: Yes
Top Finish: Silent Satin
Backstrap Finish: None
Bridge Inlay: None
Armrest Binding: Bevel, Wood, Neo-Tropical Mahogany
Rosette Material: Big Leaf Maple
Wedge: None

Neck
Neck Width: 1-7/8"
Fretboard Binding/Edge Treatment: West African Crelicam Ebony
Type of Neck Joint: Scarf
Fretboard Wood: West African Crelicam Ebony
Heel Length: 3-1/4"
Fretboard Inlay: Scepter, Mother of Pearl
Heel Cap Binding: West African Crelicam Ebony
Neck/Heel: Hard Rock Maple
Neck Finish: Satin

Peghead
Peghead Finish: Satin
Peghead Type: Standard
Headstock Overlay: West African Crelicam Ebony
Peghead Logo: Taylor Mother of Pearl
Peghead Binding: None
Peghead Purfling: None
Peghead Inlay: Scepter, Mother of Pearl

Other
Bridge Pins: West African Crelicam Ebony
Fingerboard Extension: None
Buttons: Antique Gold
Edge Trim: Black/Maple/Black
//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0996/5384/5301/files/Builders-Edition-652ce-Front_96326258-9113-453d-af6b-ba41ffcfa1d8.jpg?v=1782387437
