manuel-rodriguez-classical-guitars-superior-as
Manuel Rodriguez Classical Guitars, Superior AS
The Manuel Rodríguez SUPERIOR series offers stunning instruments with exceptionally attractively grained body woods.

The excellence of these guitars is by no means limited to their appearance.

All models are equipped with an original Spanish heel, the royal class in guitar building. With this special construction method, the one-piece neck extends into the body and is directly connected to the sides, back and top. This not only ensures enormous stability, but also optimal vibration transmission, faster response and longer sustain.

The heart of a Spanish guitar.

All SUPERIOR instruments are handmade in Europe and have additional features that are quite special in this moderate price range. These include the mahogany neck, which has an ebony inlay on the back for stability, the nut and bridge inlay, hand-filed from oiled vintage bone, and the water-based eco high-gloss lacquer.

The innovative Moreno 12-hole bridge, due to its special construction, allows the strings to always have the same contact pressure on the bridge inlay. In contrast to the standard 6-hole bridge, the strings can be fastened more easily, quickly and securely. The risk of the strings slipping through and damaging the top is greatly reduced.

A special feature of all Manuel Rodríguez 4/4 guitars is the GEWA armrest, which offers two decisive advantages: its rounded shape ensures a particularly pleasant playing feel and allows the soundboard to vibrate freely over the entire surface, as it prevents damping by the right arm being placed on top.

More sound, more comfort.

German-made Hannabach 815HTC strings are factory-fitted and perfectly round off the tonal quality of this series.

Features:

Solid top, laminated back & sides
4/4 size, scale length 650 mm, nut width 52 mm
Mahogany neck with ebony reinforcement
Ebony fingerboard, Indian rosewood bridge
Genuine Spanish heel
Ovangkol headstock
Vintage (unbleached) bone nut and bridge inlay, compensated bridge inlay
New 12-hole "Moreno" rosewood bridge
Factory-fitted GEWA armrest
Wooden soundhole mosaic
Body binding real wood, 3-fold top purfling, maple purfling on back & sides
Gold-plated machine head with lyre, black buttons and shafts
Stringing: Hannabach 815HTC Silver Special with CARBON treble strings, high tension, made in Germany
Environmentally friendly polyurethane lacquer, high gloss
Made in Europe
//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0996/5384/5301/files/AS.1_540d07b8-de61-4f5e-9848-dee3e626e5d1.jpg?v=1782390766
